The rates that apply to base benefits, such as medical, dental and vision, can be updated using the Benefit Rates screen.  The navigation is: Main Menu > Set Up HCM > Product Related > Base Benefits > Rates and Rules > Benefit Rates.  In the search pane, click the Search button to retrieve your list of rates.  Rates are effective dated, so the typical procedure is to add a row using the plus sign toward the upper-right of the box.  The effective date will default to whatever the current date is, so be sure to change it as necessary.  Once the date is set, the rate(s) that are configured can be updated as needed.  Be aware of the employee and employer rates, and that if there a split between the two, that the correct rate is entered in the correct box.
