If a Ben Admin event is not processing correctly, check the following:
- Is the Effective Date from the Job Data record that created the event correct?
- Check the Action and Reason fields from the Job Data row to ensure the correct ones were used for the Ben Admin event in question.
- Are the Employee Classification, Employee Status and Standard Hours/FTE all set correctly in Job Data?
- Are the Eligibility Config fields (Job Data, Benefit Program Participation link) set correctly?
If any of these are not correct, work with your HR staff to review and correct them before processing the Ben Admin event.
