A common issue that is reported to the CRC is that a newly-added combo code on a DBT is not available on the timesheet after it has been added.  Most often, the reason for this is because of a synchronization issue between the effective date on the DBT and the effective date of the time that was worked.  While changes can be made to the DBT by adding rows, it is important to be aware that, when a row is added to the DBT, the effective date defaults to the current date.  The user must change that date as necessary to ensure the newly-added combo code is available as needed on the timesheet.
