• It is a good practice to regularly clear your browser cache memory for optimum performance. Follow these steps.
    - Log out of PeopleSoft
    -Clear your browser cache.
    -Exit all open browser sessions.
    -Open a new browser window and log on to PeopleSoft

Internet Explorer Browser:

  1. In Internet Explorer for desktop, click the Tools button Tools button, point to Safety, and then click Delete browsing history.
  2. Select the types of data or files you want to clear from your PC, and then tap or click Delete.


  1. From the History menu, select Clear Recent History. ...
  2. From the Time range to clear: drop-down menu, select the desired range; to clear your entire cache, select Everything.
  3. Next to "Details", click the down arrow to choose which elements of the history to clear; to clear your entire cache, select all items.
