Can you do a change order - like increasing the value on a line item and then show us on the Review Change Orders screen what we will see and how to read that screen?
To demonstrate...a District made a change order to PO 50009 by increasing the amount by $200.00. From Manage Change Orders screen the original amount was $240.57 (in red box) and was increased by $200.00. In the blue box, it now shows the increased amount to $440.57. Notice the batch ans sequence number. Batch 0 is normally the original information. Batch 1 and any succeeding higher number represent the tracking number of change orders done over time.
